Expedia Corporate Travel (ECT) announced plans to launch service in Italy. Companies doing business in Italy will have access to fully localized service, content, language support and Web site providing a suite of online booking and travel management tools in Italian. ECT also announced a partnership with L’ Orchidea Viaggi, an experienced Italian travel management company, to provide local fulfillment services.
This partnership combined with its investment in the Italian market allows ECT to offer corporate clients doing business in Italy a consistent global experience, while also offering Italian clients seamless, world class corporate travel services.

Italy will be ECT’s fifth European point of sale, adding to its existing European presence in France, Germany, the UK and Belgium.
