The Leading Hotels of the World Partners With
Smith Travel Research and The Bench

The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. is pleased to announce their preferred provider of worldwide lodging industry metrics and property-level benchmarking reports is Smith Travel Research and The Bench. The mainstays of this initiative are The Bench’s global Hotel Benchmarking, and in North America, Smith Travel Research’s STAR program.

These programs offer the hotel industry the largest, most comprehensive, authoritative and independently collected source of hotel performance data. The surveys measure and track occupancy, average daily room rate (ADR) and RevPAR.

This relationship will provide all members of Leading Hotels with an invaluable research and benchmarking tool to monitor competitive businesses more effectively and to measure the own business performance on reliable market data. It will also allow The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. to demonstrate how its brand impacts ADR and occupancy of member hotels on a local, regional and global basis.
