Imperial Mark, a global accolade of excellence in
recognition of its exceptional levels of service and quality.SriLankan joins the ranks of prestigious companies that have been
awarded the Imperial Mark, which include such exclusive global brands as
Omega watches, Clive Christian perfumes, and Tiffany & Co. of New York.

awarded the Mark, following a stringent evaluation process.
The Imperial Mark is one of the world’s oldest accolades, dating back
over three hundred years, which honours organisations that demonstrate
commitment to high standards.
The Imperial Mark is presented by the Imperial Mark Commission, based in
London and Philadelphia, after thorough consideration of candidate
organisations. The Mark is seen as a sign of exceptional quality which
denotes the highest levels of service in the world. A team from the
Imperial Mark Commission reviews the operations of each organisation and
compares it with standards prevailing in the relevant industry.
