Air One expands travel offering

Air One, Italy’s second largest airline, and Expedia Private Label have signed a partnership to offer hotels and destination services via the carrier’s website,

The two year deal will provide the airline’s 7 million customers with access to over 80,000 hotels worldwide.

The agreement will see Air One able to increase revenues through the sale of additional travel services to its flight customers, while benefiting from Expedia Private Label’s market leading inventory, customer services and expertise in private label packaging.

Claudio Balzarini, Air One’s Sales Vice President said: “We are used to offer competitive flight prices to all our destinations but we can now also offer our customers better hotel deals and improved choice. Moreover, the partnership with Expedia Private Label will allow to better develop our continuous international expansion: in fact, on, no matter which is their preferred destination, travellers will be able to research where to go and how to get there, but also where to stay and what to visit once they arrive.”
