Times Media is forming a partnership with Holiday-Rentals.co.uk which will see the launch of a co-branded area within the travel section of Times Online where users can search over 22,000 holiday rentals. It also enables holiday home owners to advertise their property to readers of The Times, The Sunday Times and Times Online.

Holiday rentals are an increasingly important accommodation option in the travel market. The number of properties listed on Holiday-Rentals.co.uk has increased by over 220% since 2004, as the proportion of people in the UK renting out their holiday homes continues to grow. Similarly, traveller demand for private holiday rentals is increasing; nearly one third of all self-catering holidays were booked directly with owners
in 2006.

Now owners and travellers can connect at Times Online Holiday Rentals. The partnership will boost bookings for advertisers, provide a great service for travellers and develop Times Online and Holiday-Rentals.co.uk’s share of this growing market.

Plus, travellers can make an email enquiry direct from the site.
