Montpelier inks deal with Simplicity

In a
strategic move to expand the Montpelier brand, Montpelier Plantation Inn
has announced that it has created Montpelier Management and partnered
with Simplicity Resorts to provide management and services to Tamarind
Cove on Nevis. This will be Montpelier Management’s first extension into
residential real estate.
Scheduled to complete construction in 2009,
the Enclave at Tamarind Cove will be an exclusive community of ten premier
luxury beachfront estate homes with all the conveniences of resort
living.  It is nestled along more than 600 feet of beachfront on Nevis’
desirable Northwestern coast, also called the “Gold Coast” of the island,
with a protected cove setting and panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea,
Mount Nevis and neighboring St. Kitts.  The Enclave artfully interprets
the classic plantation style with each of the four- or five-bedroom
residences ranging from 5,000 to nearly 8,000 square feet; and private
amenities featuring a reception house complete with a resident caretaker,
state-of-the-art fitness center, private library lounge with complimentary
media, tennis court with adjacent terrace and a beach clubhouse with a
verandah, club room, bar, catering kitchen, changing rooms and terraced
courtyard for beachside grilling.
Aiming to redefine the standard of
residential luxury on Nevis, Montpelier will bring its celebrated
hospitality and services to the Enclave at Tamarind Cove, providing
personalized attention to any exacting specifications.  These services
include the maintenance of each home and meticulously manicured gardens in
addition to all pre-arrival preparations, dedicated airport shuttle
service and monthly accounting assistance to ensure an overall seamless
experience.  Further, a complete menu of a la carte items will be made
available, such as child care, catering, housekeeping, a full service
concierge, in-home private chefs or spa services and any other convenience
an individual might request.
“It is with greatest pleasure that we
introduce Montpelier Management and announce our partnership with
Simplicity International,” commented Timothy Hoffman, an owner/manager of
Montpelier Plantation Inn.  “We are very excited about the long-term
prospects of both of these initiatives for Montpelier and the natural
extension of the Montpelier brand that they represent.”
Lincoln
Hoffman, also an owner/manager of Montpelier Plantation Inn, added, “For
guests who have enjoyed our 18th century Relais Chateaux hotel,
these serviced estate homes at the Enclave at Tamarind Cove offer a gentle
transition into ownership, a means to live the Nevisian lifestyle without
sacrificing the discriminating signature service that they have come to
expect from Montpelier.”
