Mexico travel resource unveiled

Different World is launching its redesigned website offering travel consumers a
caliber of personal service and expertise for the online travel industry. In 1997, Different World debuted as the singular
online resource for travelers to Mexico seeking a “different” experience
than that offered by mainstream tour operators. Now, ten years later,
Different World unveils a distinctive and highly functional website
showcasing its unique collection of close to 100 hotels and resorts
throughout Mexico.
This newly revamped web portal introduces travelers to Different
World’s exclusive member properties via comprehensive hotel reviews, menus,
photos, area guides and more. Consumers receive instant price quotes and
have the opportunity to speak with Different World Mexico travel experts
who can offer first-hand advice and travel planning support to create a
one-of-a-kind vacation itinerary.
“Over the past seventeen years, we’ve journeyed all over Mexico, and
have stayed everywhere from marble palaces to beachfront huts,” says Mark
Stubbs, President and CEO of Different World. “We recognize that unique and
meaningful experiences should be part of a vacation, and therefore always
look for distinctive properties that reflect the character and authentic
appeal of their location. Our new site will offer consumers an efficient
option for reserving online an amazing vacation that is specifically suited
to their individual interests and budget.”
All properties within the stellar collection of Different World hotels
have been individually visited, reviewed and selected by their team of
Mexico travel experts in the mission to offer ‘the best of the best.’ This
rigorous protocol allows visitors the opportunity to plan ‘out of the box’
vacations with confidence. Additionally travelers are insured honest and
unbiased recommendations as hotel members are not charged a fee to be part
of Different World’s online travel planning and reservation system.
Phase 2 of the site, scheduled for launch October 2007, will include a
specific rating structure for hotel accommodations, service, food,
facilities and value enabling travelers to easily compare and evaluate
prospective properties based on the criteria that is most important to
them. A user registration option that enables consumers to record travel
preferences, customize searches is also planned.
