Warwick International Hotels launches online directory with more than 40 hotels in 14 countries
Warwick International Hotels and Resorts has launched its 2007 worldwide e-directory, featuring over 40 four and five-star hotels, resorts & spas located in more than 14 countries worldwide.

The e-directory features Warwick International Hotels’ entire range of leisure and business hotels including boutique hotels, conference and incentive locations and spa and golf resorts.

Available to download from www.warwickhotels.com or www.warwickdirectory.net, the new e-directory is designed to be inspirational with a map of the world on the inside front pages showcasing the hotel group’s global collection. Detailed information is supplied on each hotel with a good range of photographs to demonstrate the facilities and atmosphere. Essential information is also provided including: location, rooms, bars and restaurants, meeting rooms and other facilities and services.  When connected via the Internet, e-mail messages can be sent directly to the hotel or resort on specific questions or inquiries without leaving the directory link.

In addition, travel agents will find a grid at the back of the brochure where all GDS codes and contact details of all global reservations offices are provided. Meanwhile, meeting room capacities are also provided for conference and incentive specialists.

New hotels featured in this latest e-directory, that is updated on a regular basis providing the latest listing of the locations available, include the Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas, the Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas & Spa, Bali, and new affiliate member hotels, such as the New Hotel Of Marseille, Les Roches in Lavandou, the Central Plaza in Zurich, the Saturnia & International in Venice and the Kedar Country Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa in South Africa.

The e-directory also features details of Warwick International Hotels’ new sales and marketing partnership. The ‘International Hospitality Alliance’ (IHA), combines the experience and resources of Warwick International Hotels, Mirvac Hotel & Resorts (35 Hotels & Resorts in Australia and New Zealand) and Gloria Hotels & Resorts (16 Hotels & Resorts in China). The IHA is comprised of more than 90 luxurious hotels and resorts reflecting the culture and the hospitality of each destination.

Warwick International Hotels’ sales & marketing director for Europe Thibault Ruffat says: “The e-directory is the culmination of a great deal of hard work and we hope it will serve as a useful tool for travel professionals and conference specialists. The directory reflects the dynamic and luxurious image of our hotel stable.”

Ruffat continued: “We are very proud of our trade relationships and bookings through the global distribution system that rose 46.6% last year to almost US$30 million. The website has generated more than US$8 million of room sales in 2006.”
