Mina Al Fajer Real Estate has unveiled plans to develop a US$163.4 million mountain-sea resort property that will include a 200 room five-star hotel managed by the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
Construction of the Mina Al Fajer Resort will begin in June 2007 and is expected to be completed before the end of 2009, giving Fujairah its first of what is expected to be a growing number of world-class real estate projects in Fujairah.
