At the 52nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Austrian Airlines, DDr. Manfred Reichl, 54, was newly elected to the Supervisory Board.      DDr. Reichl is Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Roland Berger Strategy Consultants offices in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. Born in Salzburg, he has 20 years of extensive experience in international strategic consulting, especially in the field of transportation and airlines, as well as investment goods, telecommunications and chemicals and oil. In the course of stepping down from his position as Managing Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, a move planned for some time now, DDr. Reichl put aside his operative agendas on 31.12.2006 and will leave the firm on 30.06.2007.

Due to increasing business relations between Dell and Austrian Airlines and as an example of good corporate governance Alain D. Bandle, Vice President & General Manager Dell Central Europe, has decided to step down from the Supervisory Board. During his time as member of the Supervisory Board, Alain D. Bandle has considerably contributed to the new strategic orientation of the Austrian Airlines Group. Alain D. Bandle, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Austrian Airlines ?-sterreichische Luftverkehrs AG since 9 March 2001, stepped down from the Supervisory Board from the end of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 4 May.
