1st May 2007 has
integrated its hotel booking system into the London City Airport website,
enabling users to choose from an extensive selection of hotels, many
offering discount deals.The site already enables travellers to book flights online for all
operators flying from the airport. LateRooms will provide information and
booking facilities for hotels near London City Airport as well as London
hotels and the 34 most popular destinations across the UK and Europe.

70 per cent of the airport’s customers are business travellers, however
many City-based workers use the airport for leisure trips because of its
central location. Providing late availability accommodation and
industry-leading offers alongside flight booking enables London City
Airport to transform its website into a flexible booking hub for any trip.

“When booking a trip, many people look at the cost of a flight as the
determining factor, however the price of a hotel can completely override
