Kocarn’k to chair Czech board
Ivan Kocarn’k has become the new chairman of Czech Airlines’ (CSA) Supervisory Board He replaces Miroslav Sevc’k, who resigned his membership on the board, and his position as the Supervisory Board’s chairman, effective today. Ivan Kocarn’k was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board by an extraordinary general meeting. After the meeting, the Supervisory Board members elected him as their chairman. Tomas Uvira became the First Vice-Chairman.
An extraordinary session of the CSA Supervisory Board today discussed the resignation of Pavel Bem and Rudolf Vycichla, the latter of whom resigned due to his candidacy for membership on the Supervisory Board of Prague Airport, as proposed by the Ministry of Transport. The extraordinary general meeting held today also recalled a member of the Supervisory Board, Tomas Pav. The new Supervisory Board members are Ivan Foltyn; Katerina Malechova; Pavel Skvara and Tomas Uv’ra, who was also elected First Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
