The Software & Information Industry
Association (SIIA) released its finalists for the 22nd Annual CODiE
Awards, selecting VEGAS.com as a finalist for Best Online Consumer
Service. 
VEGAS.com joins CODiE finalists in other categories including Microsoft
Corporation, The Wall Street Journal Online, Encyclopedia Britannica,
Yahoo! and The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.  Ancestry.com won the 2006
CODiE Award for Best Online Consumer Service.

“The 2007 CODiE Finalists represent real winners, even at this stage of
the contest,” said Ken Wasch, SIIA President.  “Competition is fiercer
than ever and that makes the selection as a CODiE Finalist a real
achievement.” 

 

This year the SIIA selected the finalists from a record number of
submissions, including more than 1,200 nominations representing more
than 600 companies.  The 2007 CODiE Awards showcase the software and
digital content industry’s finest products and services and also honor
excellence for corporate achievement and philanthropic efforts.
