Monarch inks deal for Doral resort

Monarch Hotels & Resorts has been named as the
official hotel management company for The Blue at Doral.Monarch Hotels & Resorts bring a comprehensive package to the table,
offering results-oriented management and marketing, superior amenities and
overall guest satisfaction.

with Blueview Golf Villas, LLC, developers of The Blue.  “While The Blue is
a hotel condominium, it’s first and foremost a hotel, because without superb

Monarch Hotels & Resorts is lead by CEO Todd Felsen who previously held
executive positions with such luxury brands as Ritz Carlton and the nearby
Doral Resort & Spa.

The Blue, which broke ground in summer 2006, will complete construction by
the end of the year and plans on a grand opening in December with
construction efforts on track to meet this completion date.  A golf lover’s
dream getaway, the resort is situated along the 12th and 13th fairways of
the Blue Monster, the course from which the hotel condominium gets its name.
Blending the grandeur of Old Florida mansion living with luxury resort
amenities and five-star service, the exquisitely furnished suites offer an
expansive veranda overlooking the famous fairways.  The 15 freestanding,
three-story buildings will be reminiscent of Old Florida style manor houses,
