Press: Lorena Air starts operations in May

New Indonesian airline Lorena Air said it plans to begin operations at the end of May, serving six routes between six major cities, using three leased Boeing 737-400 aircraft, The Jakarta Post reported, citing company president Eka Sari Lorena Soerbakti. He said the company intends to purchase three more aircraft of a similar type later this year.

Soerbakti added that his company has signed an agreement with Future International Airways, a global charter company based in Spain, for consultancy and advisory services, including for aircraft maintenance and pilot and flight-crew training.
