Hilton Hotels Corporation. “We are delighted to be signing this agreement with
Mazrui, and with the support of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan. The Conrad Abu Dhabi
is the second offering from the new Hilton Family of Brands that we are introducing
into the Arabian Peninsula. Conrad is a brand that celebrates the individuality of
its guests and offers unique experiences and excellent luxury service to discerning
international business and leisure travellers. We are committed to the future growth
of Abu Dhabi, just as we did 35 years ago when we became the first international
hotel chain to operate in this region,” said Matt Hart, President and Chief

Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin
Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Chairman of the ADTA and the Tourism & Development Investment

Hilton, and the first Conrad in the capital itself. We are delighted to be a part of
Hilton’s expansion plans in the region, and we see its commitment in the region as a
mirror of our own confidence in a bright and prosperous future for this emirate,”
said Abdullah Mazrui, Chairman and CEO of Mazrui Holdings. The Conrad Abu Dhabi will
be an outstanding addition to the growing Conrad portfolio, with plans for the
