Created to assist members in their research and purchasing decisions for industry and business-related products and services, the HSMAI Marketplace cuts through the clutter of a general Internet search and indexes the Web sites of a comprehensive list of companies related to the hospitality and travel industry. Users can choose from two methods of search: either a keyword-driven search-engine or a category search by business type.
“Our ongoing objective is to be the premier source of information and resource for our members, and with this new information-driven service, we can offer our constituency a streamlined approach to finding the products and services they need,” states Fran Brasseux, executive vice president, HSMAI.
To develop the HSMAI Marketplace, HSMAI partnered with MultiView, Inc., an Irving, Texas-based publisher of industry-specific search engines and buyers guides.
