Blue Square Studios has created and launched a new website with significantly enhanced interactive features for Elegant Hotels Group in Barbados. The new website, www.eleganthotels.com, incorporates Blue Square Studios’ proprietary Hospitality Toolkit to provide comprehensive e-commerce tracking, reporting and real-time modifications.
The Elegant Hotels Group includes Crystal Cove Hotel, Turtle Beach Resort, The House, Colony Club Hotel and Tamarind Cove Hotel, as well as Daphne’s Barbados, a sister to the well-respected Daphne’s restaurant in London. The new site incorporates an introductory landing page, individual pages for property descriptions and reservations and a page dedicated to Daphne’s Restaurant. Phase Two of the project, in progress, will provide appealing, detailed content for a Barbados Destination Guide where prospective guests will access an interactive destination map that is driven dynamically through the Hospitality Toolkit.
Blue Square Studios’ Hospitality Toolkit platform provides simple content management, membership access, email campaigns for both members and prospects, marketing ROI tracking functions and an interface to other applications and systems. The Hospitality Toolkit gives Elegant Hotels’ corporate sales and marketing team detailed campaign tracking and ROI reporting for all five of its properties’ offline campaigns, search engine marketing, and the ability to track member conversions to their sources.
