Cortex unveils KeysCaribbean brand

Cortex Development Group has introduced a new brand of resort residences,
KeysCaribbean, that span the Florida Keys from the northernmost island
Key Largo to the southernmost city, Key West.Presenting easy access to
an authentic island lifestyle - with no passport needed - KeysCaribbean
offers vacation homes for sale at six resorts, an elite rental
management program that operates each property as a five-star
destination resort and an exclusive Adventure Concierge catering to the
needs of both owners and vacationing guests alike.

“What started out as one residential development on Stock Island nearly
five years ago has blossomed into a portfolio of vacation resorts valued
at more than $750 million in real estate sales throughout the chain of

officer and Key West native. “We have experienced an incredible
evolution and it is necessary that our name and brand also progress to
reflect who we are as a company with grass roots in the Florida Keys,
where we are going with regards to future developments, and the
incomparable and picturesque location of our properties.”

 

The name KeysCaribbean represents the lifestyle offered at all resorts
within the brand - one of authentic barefoot luxury, escapism and pure
relaxation. With a mission committed to preserving the area’s
distinctive environment and maintaining the integrity of the land,
KeysCaribbean develops environmentally sound resorts that actually give
back. For example, at Angler’s Reef in Islamorada, more than 700 red
mangroves have been planted to give back to the “island home.”

At the forefront of the new brand is the Adventure Concierge, providing
exclusive services to owners and guests ranging from traditional
(including pre-arrival shopping, children’s programs and dining
reservations) to daring (including aerial expeditions to the Dry
Tortugas via helicopter and diving excursions to Alligator Reef aboard a
private sport boat) and everything in between.

Property management, known as KeysCaribbean CARE (Continuous Attention,
