The BDL Hotel Group has committed to implementing the Serenata NetHotel product suite as well as Serenata @mail in all newly-opened Ramada Encore hotels in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Serenata NetHotel provides a centralized solution for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and enterprise-wide reporting. Using Serenata @mail, hotels achieve professional email communication directly from their PMS, CRS, Sales or Spa system.
The first installation of Serenata products for the hotel group has been completed successfully at the Ramada Encore Milton Keynes, which opened in July 2006. Since BDL is one of the largest customers of Brilliant Hotelsoftware, this is also the first implementation of Serenata NetHotel and Serenata @mail with the PMS Brilliant PMPro. BDL has projected a significant growth of the Ramada brand. Serenata looks forward to working with BDL and is proud to have integrated another PMS solution with the Serenata NetHotel product suite.
