Thomas Wallentin an Executive Management Professional with an extensive track record of achievements in a career spanning more than 15 years, in travel industry takes the role of MD youtravel.com Italy.

In 1995 he is called by the shareholders of ECP, the Italian tourism holding, to assist them with the definition and implementation of their strategic business plan. After the successful start-up of operations, Thomas is called by Sigma-Galileo to join them as director of strategic business development for their Italian business. Soon his responsibilities are extended to the management of all the sales & marketing operations of Cendant - Galileo in SE. In 2004 he decides to leave Cendant in order to join a team of senior management professionals at ByNovation in Italy, who have been specializing in management services. Immediately after his entry in ByNovation he takes over the restructuring and relaunch of all the Mediterranean operations of an international iTV services supplier, project which he has successfully completed in 2006.

YouTravel.com has also recruited Roberto Laureri, who started his career in American Express, where he covered for more than 5 years different positions in the area of sales and sales management. After American Express, Roberto has assisted the start-up of Giallo Viaggi the online travel agent of Seat Pagine Gialle, retuning at the end to the business travel industry, where he has taken the role of Director for Carlson Wagonlit and Viaggi Di Lauro.

Also Eugenio Galli, a senior travel business professional joined youtravel.com and is responsible for the trade partner development of youtravel.com in the Northwest and Central regions of Italy. Eugenio has a strong background in sales & marketing management functions both in the travel industry, where he has been more than 5 years responsible for the sales management of Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts in Italy, as well as the travel distribution business thanks to his experience as VP Sales and board member of progresstravel.net a leading and modern organized Travel agent. Thanks to his professional experience, Eugenio has been nominated authorized Sales agent for the Italian market.
