China Eastern Airlines recorded passenger traffic of 35.04 million people for 2006, up 10.66 pct from a year earlier, the official CAAC Journal reported. According to the newspaper, the parent company’s cargo traffic was up 2.37 pct last year at 886,800 metric tons.
