New finance boss lands at Spirit
Spirit Airlines announces the appointment of David W. Lancelot to the position of Chief Financial Officer.Effective immediately, Mr. Lancelot will direct Spirit’s finance and accounting organization which includes treasury, corporate tax, internal audit, financial planning as well as the controller functions of the company. Mr. Lancelot will succeed John Severson who has served in the role of Chief Financial Officer for Spirit Airlines since 1997.
Mr. Lancelot brings to Spirit over 18 years of airline and finance experience, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
