Delaware North signs on Amadeus

Amadeus has been chosen by Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts to implement the Amadeus Hotel Revenue Management System (RMS). Amadeus is fully integrating its best-in-class Hotel RMS with Delaware North’s SMS|Host® Hospitality Management System from PAR Springer-Miller Systems (PSMS), creating a comprehensive system that will enable Delaware North’s property and revenue managers to gain better visibility and control of all revenue generating opportunities at each of it properties.

Amadeus North America’s implementation with Delaware North comes soon after Amadeus announced an integration partnership for its Hotel RMS solution with PSMS’ popular hospitality property management system. Delaware North is the first PSMS customer to implement the Amadeus Hotel RMS on the SMS|Host® Hospitality Management System.

In addition to the unique revenue optimization, forecasting and reporting capabilities, Delaware North also plans to use Amadeus Hotel RMS as a key tool to drive sales and marketing decisions that impact their bottom line. The system will allow Delaware North’s property managers to analyze and develop their sales and marketing efforts based upon very detailed segmentations, including seasonality, customer profitability and distribution channels.


Amadeus Hotel RMS provides a holistic view of revenue data from all revenue streams across the entire business, allowing hoteliers to capture the total revenue spent by each customer and helping them increase profits through better demand forecasting and optimization for hotel groups or single properties. The solution delivers critical, system-wide capabilities for both individual hotels and groups including extensive reporting, forecast accuracy, cluster optimization and automated recommendations.
