Norfolk Plaza Hotel is signing a new contract with HotelREZ, which will mean it is the sole supplier of Global Distribution and Marketing services to the hotel.
Speaking about the appointment of HotelREZ, Teri Hani, General Manager at the Norfolk Plaza Hotel, said, ‘We were with our previous GDS supplier for a long time and we decided it was time for a change - time for a new, fresh approach. As well as supplying us with a reservations portal, they will also be marketing our property, which, as an independent hotel, is a huge plus for us.’
Teri continues, ‘I’ve worked with both Mark Lewis (MD of HotelREZ) and Brenda Collin (Executive Director of HotelREZ) before and trust them a great deal on what they say they can deliver. So far they have provided the high levels of service which I expected and knew they would, and I am certainly not disappointed. The support has been excellent, the responses immediate, I’ve been fully briefed every step of the way.’
Located in central London, the Norfolk Plaza Hotel is set in a quiet garden square, and with 87 bedrooms including 6 split level suites, it is ideally placed for city visits, stopovers en-route from the London airports and business conferences.
