The Crown Group of Hotels has acquired a fifth hotel in Bloomsbury, London WC1. This is the company’s third acquisition in Bloomsbury in three years.
The Langland Hotel, a Georgian townhouse hotel of 35 rooms is the company’s second acquisition in Gower Street in two years after the successful refurbishment of the nearby Hotel Cavendish.
The hotel was previously run by Mr Noel Thomas and assisted by his daughters Sarah and Katy.
The hotel is to undergo redecorations and provision of new modern facilities to meet with today’s advancing customers’ needs.
A spokesman for the company said that, “Our experience of the area has shown that there is an increasing demand for good quality accommodation at reasonable prices in the heart of Central London.”
