Thomas Cook today launched a brand new concept in holidays: Thomas Cook Holiday
Resorts. The new resorts are on sale for 2007 and are all presented in a brand new
Thomas Cook Holiday Resorts brochure.
Thomas Cook Holiday Resorts are the result of a natural evolution from the company’s
Supersun product range. They are a collection of hotels specially selected for the
extra-special range of facilities and entertainment they offer, and are divided into
three key categories.
SunZone includes hotels that offer the best possible holiday experience for
families, with activities for children, space for adults and entertainment for all.
SunZone hotels include Thomas Cook’s own club:KidsWORLD with Nintendo zones,
Brazilian soccer schools and Superstar Stage Schools. ActiveZone hotels all have
beachfront locations and are specifically aimed at people looking for a holiday with
a range of sporting activities on offer, as well as plenty of opportunities to
relax. SuperZone hotels offer the best of both worlds and more, and are large enough
to offer activities and facilities to suit families, singles, groups and couples
Set to expand for 2008, Thomas Cook Holiday Resorts currently feature 10 SunZone
hotels, nine ActiveZone hotels and one SuperZone property. All are featured in
detail in the Thomas Cook Holiday Resort brochure, with a handy pull-out section
highlighting the facilities, entertainments and activities available in each hotel.
Destinations featured in the programme are Turkey, Majorca, Menorca, Fuerteventura,
Gran Canaria, Cyprus, Portugal, Corfu, Crete, Halkidiki, Egypt and Cuba.
Unique features of the SuperZone resort include an adult-exclusive bar, and a
‘DepartureZone’ designed to make the last day of the holiday as smooth as possible.
This Zone offers showers and fresh towels, departure information and storage space
for luggage so that holidaymakers can get on and enjoy the last day at the hotel.
