Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is expanding the ‘Hyatt Touch’ to the retail home décor and furnishings market through the launch of

The online store features high quality Hyatt and partner-branded luxury products.

The new store, its products and delivery service parallel the culturally authentic experience guests expect from Hyatt, a leading collection of 217 hotels and resorts consistently rated among the best properties around the world.

“Guests expect premium products in our rooms,” said Joan Lowell, vice president of electronic distribution, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. “We are now able to offer those products to our guests in their homes, so they can feel the ‘Hyatt Touch’ whenever they choose.”

Following the easy-to-navigate online store experience, customers who purchase Hyatt’s Grand Bed? are treated to’s White Glove Delivery service, an example of Hyatt extending their well-known customer service to their new retail program. White Glove Delivery Service includes red bow wrapping around the mattress, complete assembly and removal of old mattress upon request.
