Kerry Fountain has been appointed executive director of the Grand Bahama Island Ministry of Tourism, following a three-year stint as executive director of the Out Islands Promotion Board.
Prior to that, Fountain was with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism for 23 years in various departments and regions.

Other recent appointments at Grand Bahama Island include Jeritzen Outten, senior product director, formerly director of the Abaco Ministry of Tourism; and Bridgette King, director of strategic planning and marketing, formerly the national director of the Bahamas Tourist Office in Florida.
