Vegas.com expands concierge services

US Airways and VEGAS.com today are expanding their ongoing partnership, with US Airways installing VEGAS.com’s Cyllenius Concierge Systems in US Airways Clubs, beginning with Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix and expanding throughout clubs worldwide. The system allows customers to purchase show tickets, restaurant reservations, golf tee times, front-of-line nightclub passes and more before they board their plane to Las Vegas.

US Airways currently works with VEGAS.com to provide customers with flight and vacation packages to Vegas. The new joint program provides additional services for existing US Airways Clubs members, and both companies will use the perk as a lure for new club members.

“One of the wonderful things about Las Vegas is the ‘immediate gratification’ experience of being able to get what you want, when you want it- even if you aren’t in Vegas yet! The addition of tickets and tours and other Vegas products on the spot is a great perk for us to offer our customers while they are preparing for their vacation in the US Airways Club,” said Travis Christ, vice president of sales and marketing for US Airways.

The Concierge Systems were first introduced in the US Airways Club at Los Angeles International Airport and now launches at airports in Phoenix and coming soon to London (Gatwick). Additional installations at US Airways Clubs are planned but have not yet been announced.

Staffed by 30 Club representatives at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Terminal 4, locations include:

2 - Low A Lounge - Above Gates A7 to A9

3 - B Lounge - Above Gates B5 to B7

Also available at the Los Angeles International Airport location at the US Airways Club, located in Terminal 1, adjacent to Gate 2.

“Through our partnership with US Airways we are able to offer the ultimate pre-flight perk to Club members - the most comprehensive selection of Vegas products available on the planet,” said Howard Lefkowitz, President of VEGAS.com. “Giving customers the opportunity to book shows and restaurants and other activities in the down-time just before they arrive in our city is a convenient service that we are proud to offer US Airways customers.”

The program includes signage promoting the new concierge service at airport check-in counters, by gates, and outside US Airways Club locations.

Earlier this year, VEGAS.com launched the first live Vegas concierge at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, Calif., located near Gate A4 in Terminal A.
