BAA’s application for planning permission to enable increased use of the
runway and removal of the cap on 25 million passengers a year at Stansted Airport will be
determined at a meeting of Uttlesford District Council’s Development
Control Committee on 29 November 2006.

The Council’s planning officers have today issued their report,
recommending that the application be refused.
