Hilton wins marketing accolades

The Hilton Family of Hotels, in conjunction with its agencies Creative Vision Group and FCB, has announced that its internal marketing campaign videos were honored 27 times in the 2006 Telly Awards.Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. Winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world.

The awards were received for the following campaigns:

be hospitable - Three Silver Tellys (the top honor) and 19 Bronze Tellys were awarded to Creative Vision Group and FCB for its work on this campaign to launch the be hospitable campaign across the Hilton Family of Hotels.
The Hilton Family & USOC - A Winning Team - Five Bronze Tellys were awarded to Creative Vision Group for an internal video created to introduce the Hilton Family partnership with the United States Olympic Committee.

A prestigious judging panel of 27 accomplished industry professionals upholds the historical standard of excellence that Telly represents. Judges evaluate entries to recognize distinction in creative work. Entries do not compete against each other; rather, entries are judged against a high standard of merit. Less than 10% of entries are chosen as winners of a Silver Telly, the highest honor.
