Eos makes key appointments

Eos Airlines has made two new appointments to bolster its UK corporate sales team.  Darren Farr, formerly of Virgin Atlantic and Daniel Cadeaux, formerly of Cathay Pacific, both join Eos as corporate sales managers, based in Eos’ London office.

“We are delighted to have not one, but two extremely talented sales managers join Eos as we prepare to expand our fleet and introduce new routes in 2007, said John Morgan, Senior Vice President Europe. “Having just announced additional funding, this is both a pivotal and exciting time of growth.”

Farr joins Eos with over 20 years’ travel industry experience. Having served most recently as Senior Sales Manager at Virgin Atlantic.  Achievements included being recognised as the top new business Sales Manager.

Prior to working at Virgin, Farr spent over ten years at Thomas Cook where he was responsible for transforming and implementing the POS system in over 750 locations.  “I am thoroughly looking forward to working within such a progressive and exciting company,” said Farr.

Cadeaux joins Eos from Cathay Pacific Airways where he has served as Corporate Sales Manager in the UK & Ireland since 2004. He was responsible for the growth of corporate revenue contribution and development in the UK through agency, SME and customer channels.

Cadeaux started his career in the airline industry in 2000, when he joined United Airlines as a Key Corporate Account Manager. His tenure at both these airlines has provided Cadeaux with the experience of managing high customer expectations and building company profiles. “I am thrilled to be joining Eos and excited at the prospect of being part of such a dynamic and pioneering airline,” said Cadeaux.
