Best Western unveils UK guide at WTM

Best Western Hotels has launched its new Hotel Guide for Great Britain 2007 at World Travel Market.

The newly formatted Hotel Guide Great Britain 2006 features over 300 independently
owned and managed Best Western Hotels throughout England, Scotland, Wales and the
Channel Islands. The new guide features over 300 hotels, their locations including
helpful maps, and a summary of the facilities on offer. 

Following customer feedback, the brochure continues with the theme of a compact
pocket guide with concise information about all Best Western hotels.  As well as
detailing the wide range of properties within the Best Western portfolio, the guide
includes information on their ‘Premier’ range of hotels, golf, activity and health &
beauty breaks, the groups loyalty scheme - Gold Crown Club, information on how to
book and the other services that Best Western offer.


A key change to this year’s hotel guide is that the prices have been removed.  This
is in order to avoid customer confusion.  Price monitoring within Best Western has
shown that the rates in print were not reflective of the rates offered. In order to
receive the ‘Best Rate’, customers are advised to book via the internet or via the
reservations booking line.
