Aloha gets fewest US complaints

Aloha Airlines has captured the No. 1
ranking as the U.S. air carrier with the fewest complaints, according to
the just-released Air Travel Consumer Report issued by the U.S. Department
of Transportation for the month of September.In fact, Aloha Airlines has maintained a perfect record of zero
complaints for the months of July, August and September.

  “A 60-year tradition of thoughtful, caring service stands behind this
achievement in customer service excellence,” said David Banmiller, Aloha’s
president and chief executive officer. “No other airline in America went
three months without a single complaint to the DOT. Then again, no other
airline embodies Hawaii’s spirit of aloha, the age-old tradition of
treating travelers and guests with compassion.”
