Rocco Forte creates key sales role

Rocco Forte Hotels has announced the appointment of Mark Allvey as Global
Sales Director based at the company’s head office in London and Gregory Bradelle as
Director of Sales & Marketing for Rocco Forte’s Le Richemond in Geneva.In his newly-created role, Mark will manage and grow Rocco Forte Hotels’
international sales network and provide leadership for the sales professionals
within the hotels.  Mark joins Rocco Forte Hotels from One&Only Resorts, where he
was Vice President of Sales for two years.  Previously, he was London Regional Sales
Director for Morgans Hotel Group, where he was responsible for the Sanderson and St
Martins Lane.  Mark also brings with him ten years of experience at Pan Pacific
Hotels & Resorts where he was Director of Sales & Marketing for Singapore and
Vancouver, as well as Regional Sales Director in London for a time.  The formative
years of his career were spent with Trusthouse Forte and Sheraton. 

Gregory, who held the role of International Sales Director for six months while a
permanent replacement was found, has been promoted to the role of Director of Sales
& Marketing for Rocco Forte’s Le Richemond, having been Assistant Director of Sales
& Marketing at Rocco Forte’s Hotel de Russie in Rome.  Prior to working for Rocco
Forte Hotels, Gregory was the Corporate & Leisure Sales Manager for The Mark in New
York and also spent nine years with The Leading Hotels of the World in both London
and Paris.

Historically Geneva’s most famous hotel, Rocco Forte’s Le Richemond will re-open in
May 2007 following an extensive 18-month renovation that will bring a new level of
sophistication to the property.  The re-design of the hotel has been created by the
internationally renowned John Stephanidis.
