Central Hotels & Resorts has completed renovations for Central Karon Beach Resort, Phuket. After acquiring the Phuket Islandia Resort and renaming it Central Karon Beach Resort, Phuket, in April 2006, Central Hotels & Resorts has invested 240 million baht and closed the property for the renovation since July this year. This new renovated property will be reopening on 15th November 2006 in time for the high season with extensive upgrades to rooms, facilities and services.

The new renovated facilities including all rooms at the Terraces building, Lagoon building, Tropicale building, Lotus All Day Dining Restaurant, Azure Poolside Restaurant, The Mix Lobby Bar, function rooms and 19 pool cabanas which are a new addition to the resort.

The Superior room at The Terraces building - the lead-in room product will be the cornerstone of our product at the resort. Bright, comtemporary and fresh the rooms offer a Thai touch and deliver every comfort for the guests stay in the resort.

The Deluxe rooms at the Lagoon building are spacious and extremely comfortable, configuration is either king or 2 double beds, the latter ideal for family holidays with accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children.

The premium deluxe room composed of a romantic bathroom overlooking the bedroom at Tropicale building demonstrates luxurious and spacious accommodations.
