Luxury river & ocean cruise specialist, Peter Deilmann Cruises has reaffirmed its commitment to the UK and Ireland market with the launch of its re-vamped website:  www.deilmann.co.uk
The website is exclusively aimed at the company’s UK and Irish travel agent partners and passengers, and sets out to be a one-stop-shop for information about Peter Deilmann Cruises river and ocean product.  The website will hold information about all nine deluxe vessels in the river cruise fleet, as well as the company’s flagship ocean liner, Deutschland.

Visitors to the new site will also be able to access cruise calendars for both products, information of specialist themed cruises and request further information from the company.

Peter Deilmann Cruises Managing Director, Mark Lewsey, comments, “We have re-launched this new site for both our existing and potential customers in the UK & Ireland. There is a certain amount of security communicated by visiting a .co.uk site and we have found that our market in the UK & Ireland is looking for this. It is important for us to have an up to date website for both consumers and travel agents, as more and more people turn to this medium for holiday information.”

During the first quarter of 2007, the website will be continually upgraded to include more detailed information about the company and its products.

Making the process of communicating with clients and travel agents even more streamlined, Peter Deilmann Cruises has also introduced a new CRM system incorporating a new contact telephone number.
