China’s Pacific tourism hit by flight drought

The Chinese Government says Pacific Islands will not attract tourists from China because of the unavailability of direct flights to cater for the influx of tourists. China’s director general of State Tourism Bureau Liu Kezhi said air link was important if the Pacific wanted to open its tourism market to Chinese tourists.
