Myhotel appoints F & B manager

myhotels are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Food & Beverage Manager, Graham Kelly to their Chelsea hotel in London.

Kelly will bring the renowned boutique hotel company over six years of first-class bar and restaurant management experience, previously working for the Crathorne Hall Hotel, Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel and most recently with the Pinewood Hotel, Buckinghamshire.

As Food & Beverage Manager of myhotel Chelsea, Kelly’s objectives will include overseeing the full running of the front of house and kitchen departments, ensuring a smooth service is provided and guests’ expectations are met and exceeded. Kelly’s key goal is to promote the hotel’s newly acquired wedding licence and build awareness of mybar as a local destination eatery.

Kelly remarks: “I am thrilled to be part of a growing group of hotels who have ambition for the future. My six month plan is to put myhotel Chelsea firmly on the map, establishing it as a popular place to dine and socialise”.

Tristin Swales, General Manager for myhotel Chelsea, comments: “Graham has previous Rosette and Michelin restaurant experience, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of banqueting, which will help him further refine the service and food quality of myhotel Chelsea.
