Romania holds 40% of Europe’s spa resources, including waters, springs and mud, said the vice-president of the Spa Tourism Organization in Romania, Daniel Pasat during a spa tourism forum organized in Romania. The forum is attended by 300 participants, including the regional representative of World Tourism Organization for Europe, Luigi Cabrini, as well as representatives of the National Tourism Organization, of the National Travel Agencies Association and of the European Spas Association.

Besides signing contracts with the Romanian spas, the participants will have talks about the perspectives of spa tourism given the upcoming accession to the European Union.
