Sabre Holdings plans to commemorate its 10th anniversary as a publicly traded company on Oct. 11, by ringing The Closing Bell(sm) at the New York Stock Exchange.
In conjunction with the ceremony, the next morning, company executives
will host a Web cast over the Internet to reflect on historical progress
and to discuss the company’s future direction and other topics.
To hear the Web cast live over the Internet, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to
10:00 a.m., EDT, on Oct. 12, the public can register at
www.sabre-holdings.com/investor/ . Participation by the public will be
listen-only. A digitized recording of the Web cast, available shortly
after the call, will be accessible for one year on the company’s Web site
at the same address above.
