analysts Hitwise have identified XL.com as one of the travel industry’s
major players based on web visitor numbers between April and June 2006,
according to statistics recently published in the Travel Trade Gazette.

Recent figures also released by the Civil Aviation Authority confirm
Excel’s recent growth, now placing them as the 5th largest tour operator in
the UK.
