myhotels are pleased to announce the appointment of their Food & Beverage Manager Bernard Moray to their Bloomsbury hotel London.
Moray will bring the renowned boutique hotel company over five years of first class restaurant management experience, previously working for a Private VIP Club in Mayfair London, Crowne Plaza London St James and The Commonwealth Club, London.
As Food & Beverage Manager of myhotel Bloomsbury, Moray’s main objective will be to monitor and improve standards of service. Moray will develop and train all team members whilst being responsible for recruitment and budgeting. He will also strive to gain a rosette for the restaurant.
Moray is delighted with the appointment, commenting: “This is my first job as Food & Beverage manager, which is a great challenge on a personal and professional level. With this position I will be able to demonstrate my creativity, management skills and ability to run a successful food & beverage operation”.
