Travelocity launches rewards scheme

Travelocity and Barclays Bank Delaware are launching the Travelocity Rewards MasterCard(R) in a bid to eliminate the hassles of redeeming miles or points when booking award travel. Users of the card can take advantage of a comprehensive, easy-to-use and generous program that enables them to earn double or triple points for travel purchased on Travelocity with the new MasterCard card, in addition to points on everyday purchases.

Unlike traditional mileage programs that are restricted by limited seat availability, blackout dates and brand choice, the Travelocity Rewards MasterCard has no blackout dates or travel restrictions and can be redeemed online for travel on any airline, hotel, car rental company, or flight + hotel package available on Travelocity at any time.
