Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has expanded their relationship to include SynXis’ international private-label call center services. Rosewood will now manage all channels through the RedX? Distribution Management System including GDS, IDS, CRO, and bookings coming from their own websites.

Because each Rosewood property offers its guests a unique lodging experience, Rosewood believes its voice sales agents must be well versed in the unique features of each individual hotel. SynXis is able to meet Rosewood’s need by putting all SynXis voice agents through a rigorous training curriculum, both on the properties they will sell, and also on general sales techniques and customer service. SynXis’ “sell with heart” methodology will ensure Rosewood’s future guests receive Rosewood-quality service from the first call onwards.
