Press: Aer Lingus to unveil IPO plans

Aer Lingus, the Irish flag carrier, is expected to announce flotation plans early next week, said the Guardian newspaper, without citing sources. The group aims to raise 400-500 mln eur from the listing of up to 60 pct of its shares. It will seek a primary listing in Dublin, with a secondary listing in London, the newspaper said.

The Irish state controls 85 pct of Aer Lingus, while Esot, an employee trust, holds the remaining 15 pct.
