responsible for repositioning my four, newly refurbished Macdonald hotels
into the premium four star market, whilst overseeing operations at The Lymm
Hotel and the Blossoms Hotel.

“I have a great platform to start from: the facilities at each of my

refurbished, luxurious bedrooms; three new VITAL health, fitness and beauty
clubs; and new state of the art conference rooms at the Macdonald Kilhey
Court and the Macdonald Norton Grange.

“With each of the four hotels upgraded to offer premium accommodation, my
next task is to grow and nurture the teams at each of these properties with
everyone fully focussed on delivering first class service to match the
first-class facilities.”
