OctopusTravel.com is signing a partnership with China Airlines, the national carrier in Taiwan, to provide hotel, apartments, car hire and private transfers through the airline’s website.
For the first time, customers of China Airlines will be able to make their reservations for air tickets, hotels, apartments and transfers online and in real-time through the airline’s website.
China Airlines will incorporate the OctopusTravel.com technology on its website, which will enable the airline to provide consumers with an online booking tool to make reservations for land arrangements. The solution will be branded and designed according to the requirements of China Airlines’s local market needs, and will include customized landing pages with featured hotel deals that encourage customers to book on their own.
OctopusTravel will also provide China Airline’s customers with local call centre support that features customer representatives who are able to communicate in (most?) local dialects.
