Mandarin, Prague to open spa

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Prague, which will open together with the rest of the hotel’s facilities on 12 September 2006, is an oasis of wellbeing offering guests an exclusive selection of healing and revitalizing rituals.
Housed in a truly unique venue—a former Renaissance chapel—the Spa combines harmonious design elements with therapeutic rituals. Guests will be greeted in a vast light-filled lobby, the former nave of the church. The glass floor, encases the remnants of the former Gothic church, which were uncovered during the site’s reconstruction. Spread over two floors, the Spa features seven treatment rooms including two couples’ suites. Each is unique; some are vaulted, others arched, giving guests a true sense of place.

An intimate haven of tranquility within the heart of Prague, the Spa will offer an exclusive selection of rituals designed to de-stress, relax and revitalize. An underground passageway links it to the hotel, ensuring in-room guests complete privacy. Using Mandarin Oriental’s signature collection of luxury spa products, alongside internationally recognized spa company, Comfort Zone, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental tailors treatments to the specific needs of each guest, acknowledging their individuality.
